Their latest endeavors include a planned community and a PUD in the Boise area: The Cliffs, which was entitled in late 2006 with 1,350 residential, mixed-use and commercial lots on 707 acres in southeast Boise; Arbor Hills, a proposed 6,700 lot fully integrated community three miles south of the Boise airport on over 2,200 acres; and Hazelwood Village, a PUD of 605 single family lots on 120 acres plus eighteen acres of multi-family and twelve acres of commercial.
