Jeff Martel - Broker / Marketing Director

Jeff has seemingly been in Real Estate his entire life by watching his parents become successful Real Estate investors while growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area. This experience inspired him early to learn what it takes to make it in Real Estate. Although Jeff decided to take a different direction in College and study Graphic Design and Marketing - it somehow always comes back to Real Estate. As the Marketing Director of New Construction Consulting, Jeff’s sole mission is to make NCC clients look good. From Print, to Media, to Web, he understands how to create memorable marketing campaigns that translate into sales. Jeff holds a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco and has been trained in multiple disciplines for marketing. Jeff has also worked for national and multi-national marketing agencies both in California and Idaho. Jeff has worked on Branding, Identity, Advertising, and Packaging projects for clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Frontier Natural Foods, Con-Agra, and multiple small to mid-sized companies. He draws on his vast background of experience to create solutions for our clients that help promote projects in a cost-effective and successful manner that generate results. Jeff has the ideas that help grow our clients business, increase market-share, and make a statement.

After transitioning into Real Estate full time 5 years ago, Jeff has helped many clients realize their dream of Home Ownership. Jeff has the unique experience of planning large scale residential communities right from the start, working closely with clients to create lasting communities with true value. Joe Grubiak - Co-Founder / Managing Partner

Joe’s passion for the Idaho Lifestyle was born as a fly fishing guide working around the Grand Teton and Yellowstone Park Ecosystems.  Real Estate became a natural segway to continue his passion for the outdoors and beginning in 1999 Joe served as the sales manager for Idaho Land & Wilderness Corporation / Western Land Company, developing & selling rural residential and recreational acreage properties throughout Central and SW Idaho to a National Market.  In 2004, Joe joined New Home Marketplace to focus on SW Boise Residential Real Estate, representing many of the valleys top custom builders in some of the areas finest communities, earning recognition as one of the valleys Top Producing New Construction Agents.  Understanding that ultimately people by real estate from people, Joe is a pro at blending modern technologies with the time honored personal touch.  In short, Joe understands that real estate is a relationship business and nobody works harder to impart their experience to the benefit of their staff and select clientele.  In 2008 Joe Co-Founded New Construction Consulting with his partner Jeff Martel helping Buyers efficiently understand the nuances and personalities behind Boise Best Custom Home Builders and Top Developments.  Joe holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin, is married to his best friend Holly and is a avid backcountry bush pilot!  Joe knows how to shoot ‘em straight and people like that!

 

Shaun Urwin - New Construction Sales Professional
 
Shaun has followed in the footsteps of his Father, Vern Urwin, who was Realtor that stood apart from others because of his belief in making families dreams come true. As his father did, Shaun has built his reputation on strong relationships with buyers and many of the most influential builders in the Treasure Valley. He has made New Construction his passion for the past five years. The face to face contacts with potential buyers is what keeps his fire burning for selling new homes. He was born and raised in the Treasure Valley and believes that Idaho is the GREATEST place to live in the whole world. Just ask him! He has built strong ties to this community. Debbie Sargent Coe - New Construction Sales Professional 

Debbie Sargent Coe is a Seller’s Specialist, a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). Debbie is a Certified Pioneer in “Home Staging” in Real Estate and offers her clients access to her vast inventory of Staging props to enhance her clients listings creating shorter marketing times and top dollar sales. Debbie states that in “Selling your home, you never get a second chance to make a first impression”. Michael Fletcher - New Construction Sales Professional

 

His education encompasses Business, Sales and Marketing, and Administration of Justice.

In the summer of 2005, Michael moved his wife and their daughter to the Treasure Valley. Anxious to get away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, the congestion, smog and the crime – they settled in Star.

Michael still had a dream to fulfill though - for years, he had imagined being a licensed realtor and wanted to put his skill sets to use in a business that allowed him the freedom to spend much better quality time with his family and would provide him the vehicle to still help others. September of 2005, Michael became a licensed Realtor and began his career selling real estate in Idaho.

After getting the lay of the land – they purchased a home and settled down in nearby Star.

It offers the quite, relaxed country feel yet is conveniently located between all of the wonderful things happening Nampa, Meridian and Boise.

Michael enjoys fishing the waters of the Treasure Valley, floating the Boise River and drinking his morning coffee on the front porch of his home, watching the various birds that feed out of his front planters. His absolute favorite pastime is cheering on the BSU College Football Team!

Keyara Brookman - New Construction Sales Professional / Transaction Manager

Keyara is a graduate of Boise State University’s College of Business and Economics with a degree in Business Management. With a creative entrepreneurial spirit this Real Estate enthusiast brings a fresh perspective to the table when representing her clients.   Keyara has spent her Real Estate career in new construction representing some of the top builders in the Treasure Valley as a Real Estate agent for 43 Degrees North Real Estate.  As Transaction Coordination Specialist for the company, her knack for organization proved a strength when executing Legal and Financial documentation steps necessary to carry out a Real Estate agreement.  As a licensed Transaction Manager, Keyara adds a special dimension to 43 Degrees North Real Estate and it's agents.  

 

Emily Smith | New Construction Sales Professional

Emily graduated from Western Washington University in March of 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in History. She enjoyed her time at Western playing for the Women's Golf team, as well as leading a women's Bible study on campus. Emily moved to Boise with her bestfriend & husband Justin, and their two dogs in the Spring of 2006. They moved to Boise for a better life- and boy did they get it! Emily loves to take advantage of the amazing Idaho rivers for fly fishing, and miles of wilderness for camping.  Emily and Justin welcomed their son, Gunnar Henry, into their lives in late September 2009. They are so blessed by him and the joy he brings to their lives.

Emily feels so blessed to have the opportunity to help people achieve the dream of owning a home! It is an exciting time, but also can be exhausting and overwhelming due to all of the details. Emily has been a part of over 65 transactions since she started her career in Real Estate- first in Seattle and now in the Treasure Valley. When she first moved to Boise, she worked in new construction assisting the sales team in the Eaglecreek community, in Eagle, Idaho. Emily then moved on to be the top sales agent at Artisan Pointe; a community of 34 condos on the Boise bench. After selling out that community, she continued with the same builder to a new project near the river in Garden City where she was responsible for all sales, marketing and managing the project. After wrapping things up in Garden City, Emily took a position as a new construction sales specialist in Cedar Edge, in Southwest Boise, working for Blackstead Building Company where she currently sells new homes.

Emily has experience and negotiation skills to guide and coach you in this important transaction. In 2008 Emily had a total of 16 sales for just over $3.2M in volume. In 2009, while taking a 3.5 month maternity leave, Emily had 11 sales for just over $2M in volume.
