Jeff has seemingly been in Real Estate his entire life by watching his parents become successful Real Estate investors while growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area. This experience inspired him early to learn what it takes to make it in Real Estate. Although Jeff decided to take a different direction in College and study Graphic Design and Marketing - it somehow always comes back to Real Estate. As the Marketing Director of New Construction Consulting, Jeff’s sole mission is to make NCC clients look good. From Print, to Media, to Web, he understands how to create memorable marketing campaigns that translate into sales. Jeff holds a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco and has been trained in multiple disciplines for marketing. Jeff has also worked for national and multi-national marketing agencies both in California and Idaho. Jeff has worked on Branding, Identity, Advertising, and Packaging projects for clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Frontier Natural Foods, Con-Agra, and multiple small to mid-sized companies. He draws on his vast background of experience to create solutions for our clients that help promote projects in a cost-effective and successful manner that generate results. Jeff has the ideas that help grow our clients business, increase market-share, and make a statement.

 It was apparent at a very early age Andrew was destined to live in the mountains of the Northwest.  His parents regularly send old crayon drawings of scenes depicting the beauty of wilderness and mountainous landscapes.   Living in Texas and being raised by a nurse and an architect prepared him for the adventures of the great opportunities that exist in Idaho.  After attending college at Stephen  F. Austin University the realization that teaching was not going to satisfy those deep seeded dreams a new plan evolved.  After working for Brinker International as a Managing Partner for 10 years he used this position to move to Idaho in 1995 and begin the new journey.  The west won, stirring the entrepreneurial spirit, he soon started his own restaurant company.  Realizing the natural talent to create acquire and build the operations and structures a new love was created.  In 2001after obtaining a real estate license and then shortly thereafter forming the initial company for his building adventures, Hill Country was incorporated in 2004.  Now after building and creating beautiful homes and business exemplified on www.hillcountryinc.com  the pursuit continues.  Specializing in true custom home fabrication and specialty commercial needs he has a corporate clientele list and solid customer base.  HCI is now the mainstay in efforts to deliver the professional full package.  Highly experienced real estate and construction background for clients to benefit from.

Daniel has made Idaho home by choice after growing up in Louisiana, Missouri and Idaho. Representing many outstanding developers and builders throughout the greater Boise area, Daniel has been selling new construction since well ahead of the housing boom, achieving more than $50 million in home sales. Through personal experience and formalized education specific to nuances of new construction, he has earned certification as New Construction Specialist and is uniquely skilled regarding new construction negotiation and discovering the best match between buyer and builder.
